Product Description
VMC 1000 HS belongs to the most modern high speed machines and it has been developed as response to our customer's requirements for machine tool being capable to perform high speed machining (HSM) and enabling to obtain perfect surface finish of parts made out of hardened steel. Excellent efficiency is also achieved while machining the light alloys. Direct drives from the motors to ballscrews, without any belts, guarantee high positioning accuracy and repeatability. Machine is equipped with KESSLER electrospindle with super hybrid bearing designed for long time high speed rotation. The electrospindle with max. 24 000 rpm is precisely balanced and fluid cooled.
